Short- term perspective (5 years)

     In the short term the implementation of investment projects on construction of transshipment the following facilities is envisioned:

1) Grain complex with elongation of the mooring line - is located in the rear of the existing berths №1, №2, provides extension of the mooring line through the construction of the berth №0 (quay length - 270 m).

     Investment proposal seeks to grain traders with their own logistics departments to plan freight flows. The grain terminal is planned  with elevator capacities both as warehouses silos, warehouses and versatile floor storage. This solution will not only process grain cargo in bulk, and general cargo storage in closed cases of low yield of grain or grain by the end of the season. The design capacity of the complex - 32 mln. tons of grain cargoes. The acceptance of grain is planned from construction of a processing station of railway wagons and on Road Transport (60/40). After temporary storage of grain, provided their shipping  vessels from the previous weighing.

2) grain complex is located at the rear of the existing auxiliary berth. The project provides for the salvage of transport galleries on the berth and the construction of the railway track on the docks.

     Investment proposal seeks to grain traders and logistics companies working with grain cargoes. Construction provides for the establishment of an industrial complex in the area of ??the auxiliary pier of port operator - elevator grain terminal with handling capacities - 22 mln. tons. The main purpose of the complex - the acceptance of grain from rail and road transport 60/40, temporary storage in silos grain silos with a total capacity  up to 100 thousand tons and off-loading to  vessels from the previous weighing. It foresees the construction of a universal reloading gallery with mobile handling equipment.

3) Grain complex with shore-based facilities on the territory of the port operators - provides for the withdrawal gallery for the support pier.

     The investment proposal envisages the creation of an industrial complex on the territory of the port operators with output overload gallery to the auxiliary dock. Grain elevator with terminal handling capacities - 22 mln. tonnes (of which 1,500,000 tons of food grinding). The main purpose of the complex - the acceptance of grain and milling products with rail and road transport 60/40, temporary storage in silos grain silos with a total capacity - about 100-150 thousand tons and off-loading to  vessels from the previous weighing. In addition, it is expected the construction of the station storage and unloading rail cars.

4) Construction of railway line to the auxiliary berth.

     Intended purpose is to modernize the way the auxiliary pier for increasing production capacities, increasing the capacity and the use of storage facilities for general cargo of grain at the end of the season.

5) "The complex for transshipment of liquefied petroleum gas, diesel fuel and other goods" - planned to build the first phase of the temporary withdrawal of the pier №6.

    Transport and energy complex is planned for placement adjacent to the port area of total area of ??49 hectares. The complex is focused on handling of goods received both ground and sea transport modes in import / export / transit. In the first phase of construction it is planned to conclude a temporary pipeline routes to the pier №6 of calculation of the annual capacity of the complex - 0900000 tons. In the future planned construction of a separate berth for handling bulk cargoes and the output of the complex on the projected capacity - up to 2.0 mln. tons per year.

6) The complex for auxiliary berth of handling - Ro-Ro – is intended for sending and receiving of motor vehicles under its own course.

     The complex includes the construction of a specialized area for receiving and storage of rolling cargo ship Ro-Ro and in the opposite direction. The design capacity is 0900000 tons of cargo a year. When further increasing cargo flows through the auxiliary berth provided suffered Ro-Ro terminal at the rear of a large pier.
